Tour Plan Terms: SafarPanda’s Policies and Guidelines
- Payment Terms: Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending payments may result in trip cancellation.
- Passport Validity for International Travel: For international travel, passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of intended travel. SafarPanda is not responsible for clients with passports that do not meet this requirement.
- Luggage Responsibility : Travelers are responsible for their luggage & belongings. SafarPanda is not liable for any damage or missing items during the tour.
- Refunds and Unavailed Inclusions: No refunds will be made for any inclusions not availed by the client.
- Ownership of Digital Content: The photos/videos created during SafarPanda’s trips are the property of SafarPanda and can only be used for advertising by SafarPanda. Any unauthorized use for advertising/commercial purposes requires explicit permission from SafarPanda.
- Booking Transfers: The transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.
- Verification and Boarding: Valid government IDs will be verified before boarding. Boarding will not be allowed without a valid ID.
- Air Conditioning and Safety: Air conditioning may be switched off in the hills. The driver has the discretion to turn off the AC for safety reasons along uneven and dangerous routes.
- Prohibited Activities: Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited for health and safety reasons. The tours involve physically demanding activities, and participants are advised to be in good shape.
- Risk Disclaimer: SafarPanda organizes adventure trips with inherent risks. It is not responsible for accidents, bodily injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participant actions or external factors.
- Conduct Expectations: Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. SafarPanda reserves the right to take appropriate action, including verbal warnings, mediation, or removal from the tour at the traveler’s expense.
- Medical Emergencies and Evacuations: In case of injury/illness, external evacuation/transport services may be engaged, and any additional costs are the participant’s responsibility.
- Insurance and Expenditure: SafarPanda does not provide insurance coverage for sickness, accidents, theft, or other losses. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance.
- Itinerary Changes: SafarPanda is not responsible for any money you have to pay because of accidents, theft, or changes caused by things like natural disasters (such as earthquakes, landslides, snowfall, road blockages, floods etc.), government orders, strikes, shutdowns, political problems, sickness, adverse weather, etc. SafarPanda reserves the right to make necessary changes for safety and well-being.
- Program Alterations: SafarPanda is not responsible for delays or alterations due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, political closures, or other untoward incidents.
